They explained us thoroughly on how they run their business. Dayvid was really helpful explaining the routine, and details on how to clean the sewage and pipes including after care. The amount of details something you don't hear from other plumbing company it's like taking a class course. We decided to change our water tank as well due to it being old and pricing wise is a little more than usual but it comes with annual maintenance and among other things. The work was done quick, but having membership would make it easy for my folks to just contact them for any minor issues, and minor fee versus other family run plumbing businesses racking up the bills. It's great that he educates us on how to care for these to prevent clogging.

• Juan Martin Hernandez and the entire Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air team are punctual, proactive and very professional. After completing a plumbing safety check, Juan called a member of the team to do a check on our sewer line. We found that tree roots got into a clean-out line close to our sidewalk. In just two years, the roots had grown more than five feet and started to grow into our main sewer line. We would have experienced major disruption of all of our plumbing if we did not address this eminent issue.
