Joaquin explained very well what my options were so I can make informed decisions on my water heater. Very importantly he explained the scope of work to get the job done right. He showed up on time on the day of the appointment and scheduled service. He knew the concerns I had with the old heater. The housing didn't seem in good shape from aged and especially from the leakage. He made sure that sure that everything was working properly and thoroughly cleaned the area. I was very much impressed! I like it when he documented the date of service on the new heater. He is customer-oriented and is a seasoned professional!
