Israel “Izzy” Gonzales did an excellent job installing our Mitsubishi Mini Split at our Los Angeles home. Izzy led his team in a way that motivated them to do their best. I could see that he also mentored the youngest members of his crew and made them feel included as part of the team. That is great leadership. As the customer, I always appreciated how Izzy kept me informed about every stage of the installation. I knew what was happening and the reasons behind it. When I asked questions, he listened and gave clear, understandable answers, even though I am not an expert. I always felt I was in good hands because Izzy not only aimed to deliver the best work but also showed deep personal commitment to being a true professional. Overall, working with Precise Air Systems has been a pleasure. Ernest and Jeff managed the project very well, and their communication with me was outstanding. They were always responsive, and I couldn’t be happier with both the system and how they managed all the challenging details of installing it in a 120-year-old, two-story house. I highly recommend Precise Air Systems.

The sales process was disappointing due to a lack of upfront communication about switching to different equipment without prior agreement. However, the installers, Francisco and Abraham, are the only commendable aspects. Francisco and Abraham were equally impressive, and together they were the bright spot of this transaction.
