Figuring out heating problem

After working with another company trying to figure out why our hot water heat unit wasn't working properly, we contacted Ken to see if he could tell us what was wrong. He came out, looked at the system, and told us what needed to be done. The unit was original to the house from 1963, so it's on the end of its life.He worked on it, but later when it wasn't working quite properly yet, we called, and he came out to readjust settings. With the bitter cold temps, we experienced some problems yet again. He came out and put in a new pump, which we found out was the culprit. Ken was very knowledgeable, explained everything to us, was prompt in returning our calls and coming out to service our unit. He worked quickly, and cleaned everything up. We were very happy to have someone competent help us out to finally solve the problems we were experiencing.
