Ramniiz walked into my home an introduced himself with a smile and he could see that I had just awakened and told me he likes the morning! I was happy that I didn't have to wait until the last hour of my window time! He also saw that when I gave him a replacement filter that (Howard Pearle) sent me six incorrect filters!! Ramniz told me not to worry, he took the proper measurements and I hope to have the corrected size sent back to my home!
