I have been dealing with Michelle Gayot for the past three years when renewing my service contract. Each and every time I have found her to be extremely helpful and professional. She's expedient and very friendly. It is a real pleasure to deal with somehow like her who takes the time to explain all questions in detail. She is, in my opinion, a real asset to this organization.
