Sam Tech #1963 was absolutely excellent. He was very attentive to my frustration since pride has come out to try and fix my ice maker and it still is not working. He explained to me what he thinks the problem us and ordered the part. I would like for Sam Tech #1963 to return to complete fixing my ice maker. He also took care of my dryer. He was not in a rush and he worked on the dryer. He was very knowledgeable and great at what he does.
