I was satisfied, he always does a good job when he comes here. This time one of the parts they gave him for the yearly tune up was incorrect. He explained everything to me, I asked if I could still use my a/c and he said oh yes no problem and showed me it still worked. Chris is always very courteous and will ask if I or my tenants have any questions on the work he just completed.
