Well, winter is upon us again, and of course our heater stopped working! I called my home warranty company and they sent ProServ to handle our heater repair. My serviceman was Robin. He quickly assesed what needed to be done (a couple of frayed wires and a bad "watch-a-ma-call-it" later) and WHAMO!. . .my heater is working again. Thanks for making it easy ProServ! I took the time to write this survey because, people will go out of their way to let anyone who will listen know they had a bad experience, however few will go out of their way to say nice things!
