We have not used our heater prior to this annual service call. Mateo found a problem caused by a recent update that was unknown to us and researched the problem with Lenix and came up with a solution to the premature cut off of the heater.

Technician called before arrival to assure we were expecting him. He was timely on arrival as scheduled. Technician was thorough and well informed. He was personable, professional in his conduct and in his attire. He covered his shoes at doorway and vacuumed in the service area before departing. He called my husband before completing the service to review parts needed and costs involved. All in all it was such a positive experience. We have two visits from this company and both were outstanding visits. We would strongly recommend them!
