Yesterday morning I called QDI to replace my hot water heater system and they were at my house at 1:00PM. Their service technicians were very polite and professional. They explained to my wife and I what they were going to do and answered all our questions. After completing the install they cleaned up the work area and we have hot water again. Matej, Cole and Steve did a great job and I would recommend them to my family, neighbors and friends.

Installation of Lennox air conditioner
Performed regular maintenance on heat pump system for heating side.
Arrived on no heat call. Found out that oil level in tank was to low. Did full cleaning of boiler and changed oil filter, pump screen and burner nozzle. When oil got delivered, did start up and final calibration. System up and running.
Installed new furnace and air conditioner
Performed regular maintenance on gas fired furnace and repaired second system.
