The Technician was actually early, called to make sure I was available earlier than scheduled time. Professional and personable, serviced A/C system checked to make sure all was running effectively and efficiently which was just part of normal semi-annual service.

The service was great except at the time of sign up the person said will come with an "awesome thermostat" The sales person wrote up a standard thermostat for that reason I am giving the service only 4 stars
