over 12 hours to get heat from timeof call. not tech;s fault got wrong part delivered from warehouse. can't fault him, but took to long to get right part.Once he got it was repaired in timly manner.

Front garage area Hose bib line starting to pinhole leak on copper 3/4 line. Water heater is 8yo, leaking T&P valve, out of code gas shut off 1 st floor: power room toilet showing signs of age, recommend rebuild or replace in the near future. Bar sink has no shut off valves underneath, hot and cold are piped backwards. 2nd floor: common bathroom sink shut off valves are hard to turn and have a slight drip when being opened or closed. Aerator needs to be replaced. Shower valve leaks when cold water runs, tub drain trip and waste is not working. Toilet internals show signs of age, weak flush as well recommend replace toilet which will give a better flush, however a rebuild may be preformed this will not necessarily improve flush however it will prevent the toilet from either randomly filling or continuously filling. Annual navien flush Shut down unit Ran descaler through unit for 45 minutes Flushed unit * need to return to replace service valves because the cold inlet broke in the service position Removed and bypassed for right now so customer may have hit water Flushed sediment from cold line on middle hair wash sink
Clean boiler and replace (2) 1" steam valves on 1st floor radiators. Bled system of air after repair and tested system. Boiler is not firing at this time. Johnny is working on getting parts.
Microbial growth in AC Unit, in need for air conditioning repair. Diagnose and perform UV treatment to neutralize microbial growth in cooling system. System now in working order and ready for summer weather.
