Great Service

The plumber arrived on time as we were informed. Analyzed the situation & informed us of the results as well as what was to be expected from them and the cost of how much it would be. The gentleman working did not leave until they resolved the issue in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this company & their team. I will definitely call them for any problems I should ever have in the future.

Nice guy, eager to up-sell me

Too focused on up-selling me to replace both my toilets before he even made the repair I requested. That’s customer exploitation not customer service. Did I buy the toilets? Yes I did, so I guess you win. But not a pleasant experience.
