found extremely clogged air filter as well as the outdoor fan motor to be seized up. Replaced filter, fan motor and fan run cap. System is now operating properly

Rough in and installed 2 wall mount American standard toilets and cleaned up
Took hammer and chiseled out the broken piece from the dropped eared L. Once remove installed new shower head arm and install customers shower head. Tested ok
Service Call For Each Additonal System - No cool main floor - found system low on R-22. Would have to preform leak search in order to pin point leak. Added 2 lbs of R-22 to achieve proper cooling. No warranty on R-22.
Turned water off to house and drain lines. Cut out leak in copper and made repair. Turned water back onto house. No further leaks at this time.
Performed the Cool tune up as per planned maintenance agreement. Changed filters, treated and cleared drain, checked blower, coil, control, safeties, electrical, amp draws and temperature drop on indoor unit. Checked outdoor electrical, controls, motor, amps, Freon charge. Chemical cleaned outdoor unit & coil. System is cooling fine at this time.
