Service and diagnostic. 40 gallon gas water heater was busted. Removed and replaced with upgrades. And also replaced gas line .Turn water on tested OK

I removed and replaced the tub stopper in the master bath garden tub.
After inspecting the system I found the water pressure is reading 90psi. I installed a thermal expansion tank to help with the pressure. The pressure is still reading 90psi. The pressure regulator valve is bad and will need to be replaced.
