Trad was very personable. He really enjoys what he does. He was very knowledgeable about everything. His experience shows. He repaired everything I needed repaired on my punch list. Even when he was sure you dont ground a gas pipe to ground, he called a few other plumbers to get their opinion. Good worker.

changed the air filters in both units and added 2 lbs of R-22 to the downstairs unit and added 2lbs to the upstairs unit.
Flapper was bad removed and replaced. Fill valve with a new fill valve turn water on tested OK
Customer reported upstairs unit not cooling. Tech arrived to find unit had been cut off, filter had not been changed since the unit was installed in December 2015 (new home), with customer approval replaced filter and inspected the evaporator to find it was partially frozen
Installed a new Carrier 4 Ton Comfort 14 Condensing Unit
Downstairs where sump pump is located there is a canplas air admittance valve beside the sump pump for the hub drain only. The sump pump is vented out of the roof. The gas piping in attic space with the stainless steel tubing is correct you should not ground gas with power. Also made repair on overflow and Jacuzzi tub upstairs. Also added vacuum breaker to backhoes bib . Laundry room sink was loose tightened it up tested OK
Turned water off and drained system. I then cut both copper water lines where they tie onto the galvanize and capped off. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. Tested ok
Customer had a leak on the up stairs tub coming from the waste and over flow. I cut out and replaced waste and over flow with a new PVC over flow. I also installed a new 1 1/2" PVC p trap. We turned water on and fill tub and tested for leaks. Tested ok
ound system cooling normally. Start, run amps okay. Refrigerant charge okay.
Arrived on job to find two toilets running removed and replaced Mansfields gaskets. Turn water on tested OK
