Found condenser fan motor not spinning freely , found no freon in system.

Install 100 amp circuit for outside shop.dug trench and ran in pvc pipe to shop. installed 12 circuit sub panel. Wired shop with 6- 20 amp circuits and used mc cable.- RAGSDALE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT
Customer has a leak on the half bath toilet. After inspecting the toilet he stated that he replaced the seal ring on the flush tower. I found the seal ring was not all the way in the groove so it was leaking past the seal. I adjusted the ring and the leak stopped.
cleaned 2 systems and changed out 2 ultravation media filters
Customer has a leak on the supply line on the master toilet and the hall bath toilet is not flushing properly.
Customers sewer ejector pump is not working. After inspecting the pump I found that the impeller is froze up. I will have to replace the pump to fix the issue. After installing the new pump I ran water to make the pump go through 5 cycles to check for leaks and everything checked out ok.
Water was caused by condensation at a register in the living room. Filters recently replaced and thermostat set to 68 degrees. Condenser not starting and dual capacitor open. Replaced capacitor and checked operation. Normal.
