In my opinion, in the event of repair work being done, $90 service call could be waived. But that's just my opinion. Great service and friendly/competent technicians. We have used your company before, and will use them again.

This Is Your Annual Gold Ragsdale Planned Maintenance
Service to replace leaking fill valve in basement toilet, toilet flapper and braided supply line. Water level good, flapper flushing and sealing.
Prepaid Residential Planned Maintenance Visit.
Completed Gold Heat Pump Maintenance/cleaning Visit.
Air stopped cooling & T'stat was blinking on & off. Found batteries weak in T'stat, read .9 volts. Replaced batteries, T'stat came back normal, a/c timed out & started cooling again.
Drain clogged at evap coil. Vacuumed drain to remove blockage.
