Main floor system was 2 lbs low on 410A refrigerant causing no cool situation. System is leaking refrigerant and will need leak search to find problem

Leak around water heater, found the drain pipe from the T&P valve was leaking from 150lbs pressure on the house. Installed new PRV and ball valve with house holding 60lbs pressure.
