install new Aprilair 501 filter and remove 3-14x14x1 temp filters. Replaced Honeywell DAT sensor for the zone board configured system and checked that it is working.

Freon charge hasn't been checked since unit was installed & unit was dirty outside. I chemical cleaned outdoor coil & checked freon charge. Had to remove a little freon to drop subcooling. Unit cooling great.

The main level unit: replaced the air filter and duel capacitor. And added 1 lb of R-22 to the unit and it is cooling with a 18 degree super heat. The upstairs unit: checked the duel capacitor, refrigerant has an 18 degree super heat. Checked the filter.
