After doing the home inspection everything is working properly the only thing that I found is the water heater does not have a thermal expansion tank over in.
New Residential Planned Maintenance For (1) Year Included With New Installation.
Found unit low of refrigerant, found female fitting at liquid line on outdoor unit to be very loose and leaking, tightened fitting and added refrigerant and now unit is cooling.
Service to remove electric water heater from concrete crawl space and install a new 50 gallon electric short water heater with expansion tank. Water, on, temperature turned up, house pressure 55lbs.
Replaced galvanized pipe replaced with pix pipe also added PRV.
ound the Contactor pitted and burned. replaced contacts and checked sys is cooling at this time.
Prepaid Residential Planned Maintenance Visit. 2- systems with one blower in attic and one in the crawlspace.
1- heat pump system with the air handler located in the crawlspace. 20x20x1.
Found the drain clogged and the filter dirty. Cleared the drain and changed the filter. We will return to do the maintenance.
Found the emergency pan full of water. Removed the water and cleared the drain. Freon checked fine. I believe the water was caused by the drain.
Completed Gold Air Conditioning Maintenance/cleaning Visit
Found and replaced a blown dual capacitor on the Heatpump. Rechecked the cooling system.
Outdoor unit failing to start due to bad dual power pack. Installed new power pack and checked cooling.
