Jacob was the definition of Professional! He arrived on time. He was thorough in his inspection and recommendations on my equipment. He made adjustments to the gas pressure, which he stated would make the Unit more efficient and save me money on my heating bill, which was greatly appreciated. He was patient and answered all my questions with thoughtful answers that inspired confidence in him as a Tech and Ragsdale as a company. It is my hope that when my next inspection is due in June, Jacob will be the Tech assigned my inspection. I am truly impressed and most pleased. I thank you Jacob and Ragsdale for taking care of me and my family.

Second floor furnace failing to come on. No power to furnace due to faulty power switch. Installed new switch, tested operation. Operation good at this time.

Completed a routine maintenance check up on customer HVAC units.
PLUMBING- Trim set out on upstairs remodel of master bathroom. Set 2 customer supplied lavatory faucets, set customer supplied toilet and installed customer supplied shower trim.
Replaced run , dual and replaced wire. System is cooling properly at this time.
Trap disconnect- removed trap serving 2nd floor kitchen sink and cleaned out debris,mostly coffee strir sticks. Cabled with hand cable. Reassembled and flushed with hot water for several minutes. **advised customer to leave strainer in sink to caught debris. RPM Rate
Filter Change, Changed filter in lab, and office area Complete system ok at this Time
April Air Filter - 2 lbs of R-22 - found both filters clogged. Need to be replaced on routine schedule. 1st Floor low on R-22 would have to pre-form leak search in order to pinpoint leak. Quote for leak search. No warranty on R-22
Service Call For Each Additonal System. Upstairs. Checked system operations and it is cooling well. Changed the dirty filter.
Service Call. Went to suite 229, the AC was cooling fine. We quoted adding a supply to suite 215 last week. Customer would like a mentioned work completed - scheduled for customer.
Service Call no cooling call. Unit is low on Freon. Recommend a leak check to determine where the leak is. Customer does not want to do a leak check at this point. Advise can not warranty Freon.
completed a full A/C Tune up for three residential systems with ultravation filters
