Thank you Ragsdale for making me a priority and assessing my AC issues on the day I called! Mark was really great and very helpful. He was able to fix the issue quickly, and explain everything. I don't speak "AC talk", so he was able to explain everything in a way that I understood easily and walked me through the preventative measures to keep from having further issues. Jacob quickly identified and fixed the vibrating sound coming the from the air handler unit during a routine maintenance on my other HVAC.. This was a new HVAC installed on my basement last Spring, but have not used this new unit yet (basement still on the works). Fantastic job Jacob.

Completed Gold Air Conditioning Maintenance/cleaning Visit
. Found the condensation drain line was clogged.and setting the evaporator coil safety float switch off. When this happens it shuts the power off to the thermostats. This is why you continuously goes to factory setting. Thermostats do not have battery back up. Blew out drain line and clean drain line. Showed customer where to put tablets at to keep drain line clean.
Performed The Cool Tune Up As Per Planned Maintenance Agreement
Arrived on job to find a leak on water line where it goes into the foundation wall inside the house.

Installed. Condensate water safety in he unit located in the Atticus a motor power-pack for the blower motor. Also installed a duel motor power pack in the outdoor unit. Tested the water safety and the general operations of the unit. Everything is working good at this time.

Master bath water leaking from shower removed and replaced shower cartridge. Turn water on tested OK
Condensate Pump W/ss; replaced pump due to float switch sticking and pump not shutting off.
Performed the heat tune up on the gas furnace. Changed filter, checked operation, gas pressure, temperature rise, amp. draw, safeties, motor, heat exchanger. Inspect visible ductwork & vent system. Cleaned burners, sensor & wiped down equipment.
