Hunter came out to repair a mess created by another heating & air company that had chopped through 3 wiring harnesses, leaving us with no heat during the coldest week in history of Raleigh. Not only was Hunter very professional, but very friendly with my Husky attempting to “Help him”! He is a very bright guy, analyzed the problem and got right to work fixing it properly, despite the mess that was left behind by the previous guys. I would recommend him to anyone, he really knows what he is doing.

When you have no heat during Raleigh’s arctic blast, you really appreciate someone caring that you get heat while they are freezing themselves. Raleigh Air was very organized and on time with appointments. Doug also communicated with follow up. I felt like he cared about doing a really great job. He was very attentive to details. We appreciated him and Raleigh Air.
