RC was our 3rd attempt to have a plumber address some issues with water pressure and temperature. The first one never showed, the second come out and looked at things and couldn’t or wouldn’t fix anything that day and wanted to sell us another water heater that we didn’t need rather than offer to service the one we have. RC showed up on time at the exact time he scheduled (no window), was knowledgeable, helpful, fixed only what needed fixing and gave great advice, and was affordable! Highly recommend him!
