You might want to counsel Ethan Milligan on how to speak to others. He’s comes off as a smartass know it all and is rude with his comments. He may be young and thinks he knows it all, but it will serve him better in life to be a little more courteous when dealing with customers. He was very rude when explaining the problem and that it wasn’t covered under our Homeshield program. I will make sure that the Homeshield company is aware of his attitude and we do not want to use your company in the future.
