We've been using Daniel for our HVAC needs for the last few years. Last year he installed our new A/C unit. He's always available to answer questions - most recently when he was driving home from an out of town trip. He walked us through items to check over the phone, but nothing worked. Even after getting home very late that night, he was at our home early the next morning and had the A/C running in no time. Turned out a recent storm that had tripped the power multiple times had fried a wire from the motor. Look not further if you want excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced HVAC service!
I am a long time customer and I would never go to anyone else! ALways on time, always gives full explanation of situation and options. Always courteous. The best!!
Daniel was very helpful, fixed our problem, serviced the AC and gave us information about ways we could maintain our unit to keep from having a recurring problem.
Daniel has provided service to me and my two sons over the years and we can always rely on his honesty, professionalism and quality work.
Always great, timely and expert service. Highly recommended.
I feel there should have been a second visit- no charge. The entire job was very expensive for the problem to return within 24 hours.
Of course the AC goes out in the midst of another 90 degree day. The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. They were able to get a new motor the next day (technician called after hours) and get everything working. When there was a little glitch they were right back out the same day (once again after hours) and had it all fixed up. I felt very confident in their abilities and appreciative of the customer service.
First time I service my home climate. A friend recommended Residential Experts Heating & AC and I'm over the top impressed. Thanks very much for a nice work.
The technician fixed a burnt wire then told me it was a breaker panel issue instead of gouging on the prices. I will use this company for all problems for now on.
Friendly,courteous, promp, and informative.
The technician arrived as scheduled. He did his tune-up for the two AC units that we have.
Warranty - diagnostic indicates leak, added feron and leak seal. advised warranty company.
7/18 - Test of system finds piston style coil with no ice on it and no water in the overflow pan. Added 2.505 lbs freon to the system. Homeowner declined leak seal. This will mean the freon will leak out 100%. It also means the leaks will get bigger and also need to be replaced sooner as a result. Freon will likely last 3-6 months. 7/26 - Tested run cap for outdoor fan motor. Oiled motor..watch and advise. If motor fails again motor will need replaced. provided pricing. Freon levels adequate for existing outdoor conditions. All okay at this time. 7/31- Saturday service tests and checks both systems. Left side facing kitchen unit requires non stocked capacitor. Installed new capacitor and tested freon levels.
Warranty call - diag. referring to orph
7/30 provided pricing for duct with antimicrobial, supply plenum with 19 registers. 8/3 - Check completed on duct cleaning - (Duct cleaning check--absolutely perfect!)
Test of system finds mechanical components good Freon levels perfect. Added algae tabs to the evaporator pan and chemically clean the outdoor condenser unit.Float switch diagnosed as broken replaced with SC 330. All good at this time watch and advise.
Straight Cool Split Heil R2- 3ton - Installed new outdoor fan motor, blade, and capacitor. 30 day warranty.
Test of system finds unit low on freon. Added 1.5 lbs of R22 freon to get customer cooling. Very low quality install job done by previous contractor. Lots of air leaks with system not transitioned very tightly or correctly. New return duct transition needs installed , new supply transition needs installed plus components sealed with mastic duct sealant. Strongly recommend new rubber coated overflow pan and overflow switch to be installed. If system leaks, it doesn't appear current condition or installation of existing overflow pan would catch the water.
Drain line clogged, cleared with CO2. Interior primary drain pan cracked. Need new horizontal drain pan and suggest new evaporator coil as well.
Test of system finds piston type coil with no ice on it, no water in overflow pan. Unit blower door loose and sucking hot attic air in. Installed door correctly. System seems to be air seals normally and isn't much that could be corrected. ystem thermostat pulls down very very quickly. Shut dampers back 25% to help increase airflow to other areas to the house and also help the thermostat to not satisfy as quickly resulting in better cooling throughout. Outdoor unit coils clean, mechanical components all within their normal ranges, and freon levels perfect at today's checking. Watch and advise after airflow adjustment.
Feron and leak seal added to unit. Warranty
Test of indoor system all components good at this time no water in pan no ice on coil. Check of outdoor system indicates compressor not running fan motor on replace capacitor. Freon levels and temperature good at this time. Watch and advise
Duct cleaning only completed. Homeowner decided to wait on Halo lights. Duct cleaning check - perfect.
2 unit home - Saturday service tests and checks both systems. Left side facing kitchen unit requires non stocked capacitor. Installed new capacitor and tested freon levels which couldn't be tested on Saturday. (2 visits)
Repaired burnt wires on motor, motor relay, and tested everything. Watch and advise.
