7/30 provided pricing for duct with antimicrobial, supply plenum with 19 registers. 8/3 - Check completed on duct cleaning - (Duct cleaning check--absolutely perfect!)
Duct cleaning only completed. Homeowner decided to wait on Halo lights. Duct cleaning check - perfect.
Cleared drain line. Added algae tabs to coil drain line. Installed new float sensor and tested system. All okay at this time.
Test of AC system finds outdoor unit coil dirty. Chemically cleaned coil and hosed off with garden hose. Indoor coil txv type with no ice on it. Slight drip of water into overflow pan from rusting out interior coil pan. AC unit running a 2.4° subcool with 74° return freon to inside of house. Added 3.25 lbs R22 freon with leak seal. Tested, unit now running with normal ranges. All okay at this time. Checking on Wifi thermostat for homeowner and Solar Fans.
Tested system. Freon levels are perfect. Replaced contactor under warranty. Watch and advise.
Tested system. Indoor coil R410a txv type system with a clean coil, no ice on coil, no water in overflow pan. All mechanical components are working. Tested system pressure, Added 3/4 lb R410a freon. Unit is now running within normal range. Watch and advise.

Right kitchen unit is working perfectly with no issues. Please watch and advise. Left side bedroom system is 1 pound low on freon. You could or could not add a leak seal, however adding it now while the leak is the smallest will give it the best chance to seal more permanently. Added. 1 pound R22 with leak seal. All okay at this time.
Upstairs system: Rheem 10 Seer air conditioner 2-3 ton 7 years old. Test of system finds freon is low. Chemically cleaned outdoor coil. All mechanical components okay. Watch and advise. Suggest replacement of indoor Evap coil Coil will take 3-5 days to bring in. Coil with labor pricing provided.
Recovered freon from system. Removed old AC coil and duct transition. Blew nitrogen through lines to clear, also blew nitrogen down plumbing condensate line to help make sure it is as clear as it can be. No warranty exists on plumbing line as this was not replaced. Inspects heat exchanger while it was. Isi let with old coil out. No cracks noted. Installed new 14 Seer indoor Evap coil with pan, risers, switch, and duct transition. Purged nitrogen through freon lines while brazing in. Mastic sealed ductwork from furnace to coil and coil to supply plenum. Also noted dampers in system were all open, psi leak test held.Triple evacuation pulled down.Added all new freon to system per manufacturer specs. Tuned system on and tested. All okay, Unit running well at this time.
Test of system find unit running for over 8 pounds low on Freon. Ran leak search and found indoor evaporator coil leaking Freon. Will obtain approval from warranty company to replace coil and out all new Freon. Existing coil Nordyne horizontal.
Returned to home and Installed new door Evap coil with all new freon, pan, switch and transition.
Air conditioning system in Geismer, LA not cooling properly. Tested system and found R22 Freon levels drastically low. Ran electronic leak search and found indoor evaporator coil leaking.
