Installed new blower motor and squirrel cage, control board and capacitor to the furnace. All working at this time. Freon check indicated a pound and a half short of refrigerant 410A. Split the difference of 16° all good at this time watching and advise.
Test of system finds diagnosis as airflow not getting downstairs. Further testing finds zone damper motor inoperable causing downstairs not to cool correctly. New damper motor 16" will be needed to permanently fix problem. Cost provided to homeowner.
Recovered freon from old 4-ton Ac unit & Removed. Installed new 16 Seer 4-ton R410a Rheem AC Turned unit on and added 1/2 lb R410a and checked. System running a perfect at this time.

5/2-Recovered freon from old AC system. Disassembled coil, duct transition, electrical, and AC unit. Installed new Rheem 14 Seer 5 Ton 3-phase system. Added new Wifi Honeywell Programmable thermostat. Installed new ClearVue self cleaning condensate pump. 5/12 Once electrician finished returned to home. Started 3-phase unit up.
Uninstalled old unit and Installed new Rheem 14 Seer 5 Ton 3-phase 230 volt AC, Evaporator Coil, Rheem 1 phase 230 volt air handler (14 Seer up to 16 Seer). Added new Wifi Honeywell Programmable thermostat. Electrician to wire 3-phase AC 240 volt. Electrician to wire 1-phase air handler 240 volt. Returned to property after electrician completed wiring and turned unit on. all ok at this time.
Cleared drain line. Added algae tabs to drain pan. Added 2.5 R22 freon. Unit now running a 12° superheat. All okay at this time. Sulik
