Great service

Kevin did a great job installing the remote compressor for our pastry case. We only had good experiences with this company, they get back to you right away when you request a service call and can fix most things right away if they have the parts.

Fast, effective, and efficient...

I came in to work this morning and found out that one of the freezers in my center was down. Frank showed up and got the freezer back up and running, as well as put into place preventive measures so the issue would not happen again. Same day I'm up and running. Thanks so much for all the work you did!

A travel company in Burbank, California, requested AC service on their commercial air conditioners. The technician traced the problem to an ICP unit in the middle office that was low on refrigerant. Found access valves loose, tightened valves and recharged system. Performed leak search for any other leak sources, none found. Cycled and tested system. Site comfortable again.

Dispatched our Beverly Hills, California, commercial HVAC tech to a customer reporting a no cooling issue. Upon arrival, our technician found their 5 ton Carrier air conditioner iced up. After defrosting the system, discovered the unit low on refrigerant with a small leak on the core valve. Replaced caps, pressures holding. Recharged unit with refrigerant. Also noted that the condenser fan motor is over-amping. Will recommend fan motor replacement to customer. Unit working at this time.

Our local technician arrived at a home goods store in Pasadena, California, to inspect one of their commercial air conditioners that was reading high supply temperatures. Tech diagnosed unit #2 with a faulty TXV that would not open. Will need to replace TXV and filter drier, and inspect compressor after making repairs. Compressor possibly damaged, but is not over-amping and windings are in good shape. Quote to follow.

Our senior commercial AC tech arrived at a cell phone store in Pasadena to investigate a new ICP split system not working as expected. Quoted air conditioning repairs were scheduled at a video production facility in Los Angeles, CA. Chemically cleaned all the condenser coils on the units, and relocated a return duct per customer specifications. Server room is running well, additional units are still waiting on pre-approved parts to arrive. NOTE: Customer is interested in installing a secondary system for their server room as the current unit seems to struggle. Took measurements and specs, will make recommendation to office for quoting.

A cash advance shop in Rialto, California, requested a commercial contractor to investigate a foul odor, possibly gas. Tech arrived onsite and found the the roof had just been tarred. Tar smell was extremely strong and there was a lot of tar patching around the penetrations. Tech closed the fresh air vent on the unit temporarily until tar sets and stops smelling. AC is a heat pump system, so no gas to cause smell.
