Sergio arrived shortly after 8:00AM and was done at approximately 9:00AM. Besides looking at failed compressor, he noticed issues with the condenser fans which he explained to me.

Hi Matt, thanks so much for the 5-star feedback on Doug's visit last week.
On arrival: Checked in with store manager. Gained roof access. Hauled all necessary tools and parts up to roof. Removed failed TXV. Installed new TXV. Pressure tested system up to 350lbs. Pressures held. Put system on a vacuum down to 500microns. Introduced charge to system, 13lbs 5oz. System is running optimally. Obtained signature on work acknowledgment.
