Dispatched our PM technician to a home goods store in City of Industry, CA. Standard winter ac maintenance with a filter change, inspection, and an added exhaust fan checkup. Tech found the #2 Lennox air conditioner with several issues, including burnt contactors, missing screws and a failed crankcase heater. Other units in good operating condition, will quote needed repairs to the customer.
Received a HVAC call for a home-goods retailer in City of Industry, CA. Receiving area was reportedly warm, and manager wanted all units checked. EMS panel was also offline. Upon arrival, tech found the fresh air opening on the receiving room Lennox air conditioner open too far. Made adjustments on the A55 board and closed it. Supply temps back down to 59 degrees. Also confirmed that customer's electrical contractor was already working on the EMS connection issue.
