A commercial customer in Oxnard, California, was scheduled for approved A/C repairs today. Their server room unit had a damaged fan motor that had broken its bracket, and also damaged the blower wheel. Two of our technicians completed the repairs due to the location of the system over sensitive electronic equipment. After replacing all necessary parts, our technicians ran the system and brought the room temperature back down to the requested 65 degrees. Job complete.
Our commercial HVAC technician arrived at a store in Oxnard, California, to resolve a water leak they were experiencing in their office. Upon arrival our technician found the Trane unit with a clogged drain pan. Was able to clear the clog and clean out the pan, confirmed water was draining normally after testing. Recommend flushing and cleaning all 5 remaining unit pans and drain lines, will quote during normal business hours for the customer as the other units aren't leaking at this time.
Quoted HVAC repairs were scheduled for our commercial customer in Oxnard CA. Two of their Trane air conditioners had cracked crankcase heaters that needed replacement. After removing the old heaters and installing the new parts, the technician tested and cycled both units. Systems are both operational. working on cooling and heating. EMS shows no alarms on other units.
Dispatched our Oxnard, California, repair technician to a massage center to complete work found on the last commercial HVAC maintenance. The tech chemically cleaned all condenser coils on the roof, and replaced a broken belt. No other problems to report.
RESSAC technician arrived at supermarket in Oxnard to perform maintenance on five Trane package units. Technician replaced all filters and noted that when replacing filters for one of the units, the compressor was low on refrigerant. A request was submitted to the company that managed the store to fix this issue. After wrapping up, the technician called the alarm company that managed the a/c controls monitoring system at that location to verify that everything looked good on the computer system.
Performed maintenance on 5 Trane packaged units. Found Nexrev VFD not responding on unit #5. Spoke with Nexrev technical support and they are sending out a new drive. Need to quote return visit.
