Dispatched our commercial HVAC technician to a store in Paso Robles California for spring AC maintenance. All filters changed on all units, coils washed, units inspected and prepped for cooling season. After completing full spring checklist, our tech reported three units with issues that need to be addressed. All Lennox units: #2 needs anew pulley and belt, #1 needs new outdoor motors, and #6 has a defective crankcase heater. All three units are running for now, quoting standard repairs as needed.
