We had one appointment cancelled because others were without heat - very understandable. A second appointment was cancelled with no reason provided. A note to RG on the web site was not responded to at all. This is not typical - we have used RG for 10+ years but it has been a challenge this go-round. .Technician was great and very helpful once we had one on site.
