Jeff Habecker was very knowledgeable about oil furnaces and didn't just tell me but showed me everything that was wrong with it. He was very courteous and tried to save me money on an expensive motor by personally trying to locate a less expensive one. He was determined to get us heat and worked hard, in the cold, to remove a STUCK pully and probably missed dinner. All this and more even after my dog bit his hand when he arrived. So sorry again Jeff. I would request Jeff again and will recommend him to others in need of furnace repairs. In fact my mom is in the market after being disappointed by the company she has been with for 30 years. Jeff is a keeper and a valuable asset to your company.
