Performed standard diagnostic ($45) found Blower Motor bad. Unit is under parts warranty (KSHA 2010), recommend labor (lvl 3). Also collected club dues. Unit is 2010, r410a. Returned to change Blower Motor and Performed 3 system AC Tune-up. Upstairs is 2006, r22. Bedroom is 2008, r22. Main is 2010, r410a. Bedroom and Upstairs Unit condenser fan motors are in the process of going bad. Also recommend pan treatment ($59) for Bedroom unit.
