Everything was communicated by phone call or email very efficiently which I really liked. Brandon met with my husband and I on Saturday morning regarding installing a new system for our home. He was very knowledgeable about the various types of air and heating systems on the market. I appreciated his honesty. He came Saturday morning and we are getting our new system installed on Monday. I highly recommend River City if you are looking for a business where the product as well as the customer is exceeds expectation.
