I called in the early evening (after work at 5:00) and technician, Britton Holden, showed up very quickly, and Britton did not stop until the job truly complete. Very evident, too, that he truly loves his job. He was super helpful and great at showing me the ways I can keep my A/C in tip-top shape. All techs I’ve ever dealt with from River City have always been very professional; Britton was definitely the height of professionalism.
