Technician went out of his way to help us. He researched our units' warranty and was able to find the unit was under warranty which saved us $2k in the repair cost. Another company I called told me I needed to do the research myself and to call him and let him know what I found out. They did not want to take the time to help me. Can't say enough about this company, but especially my technician. Will surely be referring them to all my friends and family members that need the services they provide. Could not ask for anything better.
