Mike did a great job repairing a natural gas line that services my generator. In a previous service call Mike was able to determine the possible area where the leak was at, but it was my responsibility to access the roof eve where the line was punctured. He said that he would come back out immediately to take care of it and he did. Thanks to River City Total Maintenance and Mike for taking care of this so quickly especially since we have another hurricane in the Gulf.

Troy was very efficient but also offered & did change my air filter that I had in hallway for me to remember to do that day. He even asked for duster to wipe off air vent afterwards! When I told him I had not been able to Connect my Wi-Fi to my new thermostat put in recently, he tried also & when unable to successfully, provided me with Honeywell number for them to assist with problem. Above & beyond service!
