My HVAC decided to stop working at night. During the coldest day of February. I was sent an email with a picture of the technician coming his name was Mike. Read a short bio and smiled when it said loves pets. Upon arrival he quickly asked a few questions and I explained that no power seems to be going to the thermostat. Mike was awesome. He explained everything about what was happening and what he saw as the issue. Very professional on the job. He found the smallest wire that caused the short and blew a fuse at the furnace. After all was complete, he asked to pet my dogs. I laughed and said by all means. He explained the cost, the company, the services offered and we spent about an hour still talking. We discussed future installations and he gave a thorough explanation on the parts that are normally causes of Hvac malfunction. I really thank Robinson Air so much for saving the day and i tell you what. I was freezing. Customer service call lady (I am horrible with remebering names) was amazing as well. She called me several times and gave me updates of Mike's arrival. I definitely prefer customer service that goes out of the way to ensure the customer is taken care of. ROBINSONS AIR you have earned a customer out of me and my family.
