Was extremely please with how quickly they had somebody out to us during a heat wave! We had never used them before so not in a service contract or anything and a tech came out the next day! Others had a 5 day wait. Problem was diagnosed quickly and the entire job was done in a half-hour! Both the technician Joe and office manager Donna were super friendly and a pleasure to deal with!
