I’m not sure which one was Ross, they both introduce themselves, but I forgot their names already. Both young men were very professional. They did not mind that I had a cat running around that might’ve been in their way. I liked that they had booties that they put on when they entered my home to help keep my carpets clean. They had all the necessary supplies to complete both the maintenance of my furnace and my air conditioner. They explained everything to me in detail, so I understood it, and did not mind when I was just awkwardly standing there as I had nothing else to do.
