My heater went out and I called Roussos and they said a tech will contact me within 4 hours. He called about an hour to let me know he was on his way to my house. He repaired the heater and was courteous throughout the repair. Highly recommended

The Roussos Team is THE benchmark for professional and courteous service in Bay County! My first experience with them was back in April of 2014 when they replaced the HVAC systems on the house we had recently purchased when we moved from Andrews AFB in Maryland to Tyndall AFB. Mr. Pat Boykin and his team answered every question we had and kept us informed through every step of the installation process. Since then, they have continued to take care of us, our HVAC systems, and our home in general. If I could rate them higher than five stars, I would give them ten! They are simply that fantastic!
