I noticed my heater was not working, I called Rousso’s at 12:36, within minutes a tech was knocking on my door. He found the issue, explained the repairs and made them. One hour later he was finished and I was on with my day. We’re thankful for fast, efficient and friendly service! Thank you Jacob for your work!!!

I called right at closing on Friday, and they had a technician at my house Monday morning--and this was just for maintenance! Andrew was my technician, and I received grade-A customer service. Andrew was courteous, a good conversationalist, and he taught me a lot about my AC unit so that I can take good care of it and get the most from it. I love this company!

The serviceman came in and quickly assessed the problem with my HVAC system. He immediately took control of the situation at hand and resolved the problem within an hour or less. It's could to see someone put their knowledge and skills to work to take care of a customer's needs. I am very pleased with Roussos' Air Conditioning.

Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He troubleshot my A/C unit and isolated the problem in a matter of minutes and had it fixed with a quickness. He communicated the problem and solution with me before proceeding with any maintenance. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable chatting with him. I would highly recommend.
