Herve from Rox was an awesome tech!

I have a google review that goes into detail but long story short Herve really did a great job in repairing our schools convection oven and explaining what was going on and what we had to do to fix it from happening again. Will definitely call again for any future needs.

Electric Convection Ovens Repair| Opened the rear service panel. - Checked the voltage supply to the electric convection oven, read 241 volt AC. Noticed burned electric wires to the heater element. - Used high temperature wire connectors and tape to repair burned wire. - Checked the current draw to the element after repair, read 40 amps, the oven is heating up properly. Main while, customer need to get an electrician on site to provide proper voltage.
