Thanks R.S. Andrews!

Overall we had a great experience. The salesman didn't seem completely in the know as he missed some things that became installation issues and misquoted the rebates we would receive. The company did great recovery and we ended up very pleased!

Fabulous service from highly skills, well-mannered staff.

Every plumber, HVAC and electrician that I've dealt with at RS Andrews is professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Each and every one of them. I never mind writing the check because i feel that I got a bargain, no matter the cost.

Top notch service

Showed up to troubleshoot a flickering light. No major issues were found so I had him install 4 LED dimmers. Great technician who provided fast service and answered all of my questions. Very personable.

Excellent Service

We had an electric charger installed and they were great! Matt was our contact and he let us know after the install that there was a rebate available from Georgia Power for installing an electric charger. Not only did he tell us about the rebate, but he also went to their website and got the required forms and filled out and submitted them for us! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, honest electrician!

Great service and quick!

We all know when your hot water goes out, life becomes unbearable in our homes. Fortunately our hot water heaters did not leak, but the valves shut off to prevent leaks and we had no hot water. I called RS Andrews and a crew was dispatched immediately. Since we have 2 - 50 gallon heaters they arrived early the next morning for installation. The service experience was excellent. They were professional, very neat, and we are very satisfied.

Troubleshot gfi at front of house not working. Found neutrals burned up in the main panel because of loose connections. Tightened connections and replaced said gfi with a tamper resistant, weather resistant one as required. Performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections in both panels. Found a 2 pole 70 amp breaker feeding the sub panel on number 6 wire, which is only rated for 60 amps. Replaced said breaker with a 60 amp breaker as required.
