Installed 3/4" pex ball valve on incoming waterline. Installed 3/4" pressure regulator valve on waterline in crawl space. Water psi at 60. Approximately 40 feet of grey poly in crawl space, live is routed to back of crawl space door opening where gate valve is located then back to front of crawl space.Estimate to eliminate grey poly and tie in at front of crawl space.Estimate to replace grey poly with pex and install ball valve at door of crawl space.
