Scope of work includes the replacement of the kitchen, drain clean out and installing facing outwards to the outside wall Stucco up will be open to create access to the drain Current cleanout will be cut and removed and replaced with a new ABS pipe and clean out facing outwards Once the work is complete, the line will then be mini jetted and cleaned Once all the work is complete, work area will then be cleaned up and debris material will then be disposed of Not responsible for patching of stucco/drywall
